Since its inception in 2020, the World Association Presidents’ Conference has convened four times, co-hosted by the Hangzhou Municipal People’s Government, the World Leisure Organisation, and the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, with vital support from the China International Public Relations
Association. Initiated and organised by the Hangzhou Public Relations Association, the Conference has successfully attracted the participation from over 1,000 Community Associations worldwide as co-hosts.

The Conference aims to harness the collective strength of global Community Associations, encouraging them to take on responsibilities and actively respond to the significant shifts in the international economic and security landscape. Its mission is to enhance international development cooperation and foster extensive, systematic

partnerships among Chambers of Commerce and Associations worldwide.

Over the past four sessions, more than 3,000 Presidents and Vice Presidents of Community Associations, along with invited representatives from around the world, have participated in this meaningful Conference. The main venue has been in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, with additional sub-venues established in 15 provinces and municipalities throughout China. Furthermore, international sub-venues have been set up in over 10 countries across five continents, including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Russia, Spain, New Zealand, Australia, the UAE, South Korea, Indonesia, and Singapore. More than 1.6 million participants have engaged in both online and offline discussions, and each session has attracted extensive media attention, with coverage from hundreds of outlets worldwide, generating enthusiastic responses on a global scale.

马来西亚华人公会

Malaysian Chinese Association

马来西亚华人公会（Malaysian Chinese Association）简称马华公会或马华（MCA），世界第二大华人政党，是马来西亚最大的华人政党，拥有百万党员，组织网络分布全国各地。马华创办于1949年2月27日，是参与建国的其中一个政党，也是马来亚于1957年8月31日独立后的执政党之一，于2014年7月与中国共产党签署合作备忘录，双方同意在高层交流、人员往来、干部培训、智库合作等方面展开合作。2016年12月12日，在马华的号召和带领下，马来西亚46个社团组织在吉隆坡共同签署《马来西亚华社“一带一路”宣言》，是“一带一路”沿线国家的首创，鼓励更多华社各阶层人士，积极参与“一带一路”建设，同时马华也推介“一带一路”中心，使马来西亚可以在东盟国家中发挥更大的引领和示范作用。

The Malaysian Chinese Association (MCA) is the second-largest Chinese-based political Party in the world and the largest Chinese-based political Party in Malaysia with its membership exceed 1 million members. With an extensive organisational network spread across the country, the MCA plays a significant role in Malaysian politics. Founded on 27^th February 1949, it has been instrumental in thenation’s founding and became one of the ruling Parties following Malaya's Independence on 31^st August 1957. In July 2014, the MCA signed a Memorandum of Cooperationwith the Communist Party of China, agreeing to collaborate on high-level exchanges, personnel interactions, staff training, and think-tank cooperation.

          On 12^th December 2016, under the leadership of the MCA, 46 Chinese Associations in Malaysia came together to jointly sign the "Malaysian Chinese Belt and Road Declaration" in Kuala Lumpur. This landmark initiative marked a pioneering effort among nations participating in the Belt and Road Initiative. The Declaration actively encourages members of the Chinese community from all walks of life to engage in and contribute to the advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative.
                              

In addition to this significant Declaration, the MCA also launched the Belt and Road Centre, positioning Malaysia to assume a more prominent leadership role and serve as an exemplary model among ASEAN countries. This strategic initiative aims to enhance collaboration and facilitate the exchange of ideas and resources, further solidifying Malaysia's commitment to the goals of the Belt and Road Initiative.

马中友好协会

Malaysia-China Friendship Association

马来西亚-中国友好协会（马中友好协会）成立于1992年12月4日。马中友好协会致力于促进马来西亚和中华人民共和国之间的民间相互了解和友谊。为了实现这一目标，协会在两国人民之间开展各种社会、文化、教育、青年和体育活动。马中友好协会还与其他马来西亚商会和协会合作，充当促进与中国贸易、投资和经济联系的桥梁。目前，拥有超过1600名活跃会员，包括企业家、投资者、学者、艺术家、教育家、政治家和专业人士以及政府官员，他们都希望看到马来西亚和中国之间建立牢固和持续的友谊、理解和互惠互利的伙伴关系。

The Malaysia-China Friendship Association (MCFA) was established on 4^th December 1992. This Association is dedicated towards promoting mutual understanding and friendship between Malaysia and the People's Republic of China. To achieve this goal, the MCFA conducts various social, cultural, educational, youth, and sports activities between the citizens of both countries.

The MCFA also collaborates with other Malaysian Chambers of Commerce and Associations, serving as a bridge to promote trade, investment, and economic ties with China. Currently, it has over 1,600 active members, including entrepreneurs, investors, scholars, artists, educators, politicians, professionals, and government officials, all of whom aspire to see a strong and enduring friendship, understanding, and mutually beneficial partnership established between Malaysia and China.

马来西亚中资企业总商会

China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce In Malaysia

马来西亚中资企业总商会自 2002 年成立以来， 一直致力于推动中资企业 在马来西亚的健康发展，维护企业合法权益，并促进中马两国的经贸合作。在中国驻马来西亚大使馆的指导和全体会员的支持下，总商会增强中 资企业与马来西亚工商界的交流与协作，促进信息交流、权益维护、商业 机会发掘和人脉网络构建。

截至 2024 年 10 月 1 日，总商会拥有 348 家会员单位，业务领域包括建 筑业、制造业、运输物流、信息与通信技术、金融等关键行业。总商会与 马来西亚政府机构如贸工部（MITI）和马来西亚投资发展局（MIDA）等部 门保持密切合作，支持会员了解和通过当地政策，提高其在市场中的竞争 力。

此外，总商会积极履行社会责任，通过举办慈善与公益活动加强会员企业 对当地社会的参与和贡献，致力于提升中资企业在马来西亚的正面形象， 并宣扬互助与博爱的企业精神。

Since its establishment in 2002, the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia has been committed to promoting the growth and development of Chinese-funded
enterprises in Malaysia. The Chamber plays a vital role in safeguarding the legal rights and interests of these enterprises while facilitating robust economic and trade cooperation between Malaysia and the People’s Republic of China. With the guidance of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Malaysia and supported by its diverse membership, the Chamber enhances communication and collaboration between Chinese enterprises and the Malaysian business community. It fosters information exchange, advocates for rights protection, explores business opportunities, and cultivates networking among its members. Through these initiatives, the Chamber actively contributes to strengthening bilateral ties and advancing mutual economic interests.        

As of 1^st October 2024, this organisation has 348 members operating in key sectors including construction, manufacturing, transportation and logistics, information and communication technology, and finance. This Chamber of Commerce maintains close cooperation with Malaysian government agencies such as the Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry (MITI) and the Malaysian Investment Development Authority (MIDA), supporting members in understanding and navigating local policies to enhance their competitiveness in the market.

        Additionally, this Chamber of Commerce actively fulfils its social responsibilities by organising activities dedicated to charity and public welfare, encouraging its members’ participation and contributions to the local community. It is committed to enhancing the positive image of Chinese enterprises in Malaysia and promoting a spirit of mutual assistance and altruism among businesses.
